About this event

Our health depends on a healthy planet. As we recover from devastating fires and a pandemic, every policy and funding decision should lead us to the future we need.

That’s why we are inviting you to join our training session on how to engage with elected representatives.

People across Australia are meeting with their Members of Parliament to make sure the economy we rebuild is climate and nature positive, makes all us healthier and more resilient to future disasters, and makes Australia fair for all people. They’re meeting their MPs to make sure they make the right choices for our future and block the bad ones.

We will explore and demonstrate useful tools and techniques that you can use to make the most of meeting your MP, online or in person. With these skills we can continue our important work of changing the story, building people power and fixing the system.

After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The webinar starts at 6:30pm AEST – so that’s 6:30pm in ACT, NSW, TAS, QLD and VIC; 6pm in the NT and SA; and 4:30pm in WA.

The webinar will last an hour and a half. See you there!
