About this event

Join our online forum next Thursday (13 August) to learn how schools benefit from solar, batteries and being part of a”virtual power plant”!

Next Thursday 13th August at 7.30pm AEST we’re hosting a Zoom event where you’ll hear from the experts:

  • Linda O’Mullane – Hub Energy – Linda is helping set up a “virtual power plant” (VPP) between her local schools in Brisbane – so they can sell solar energy from their batteries to others and receive income from it!
  • Heidi Edmonds – Beyond Zero Emissions – Heidi helped research the BZE Million Jobs Plan and she knows all about the jobs created, savings to schools and the carbon savings when we get solar on schools and early childhood centres!

I’ll be there to host the event too. We’ll have lots of time for questions so bring along all your solar, battery and VPP questions!

  • Discussion Group
  • Information and Education
