About this event

We are excited to be hosting a free virtual screening of The Story of Plastic followed by a panel discussion featuring Jeff Angel, CEO of the Boomerang Alliance, Councilor Gail Giles-Gidney, Mayor of Willoughby City Council and Anita Vandyke, blogger and author of A Zero Waste Life.

Registered participants will be sent a link to watch the movie in their own time and then everyone is invited to join the panel discussion to delve deeper into the issue of plastics and identify simple steps we can take to become a part of the global solution.

This event will be run on Zoom and you will be sent the access link the week prior to the event. We recommend that you use a computer or tablet to view the event on a larger screen, but you can also use a mobile phone. If using a phone or tablet, you will need to download the Zoom application before the event.
