It’s on!
The Seeding is back for another year. Members of not-for-profit community environment groups and First Nations folks are invited to attend this day of conversations and networking. Come and meet groups from across the greater Newcastle area (and beyond) to collaborate, discuss, network, and share.
There will be eight facilitated conversation spaces. The topics are:
1. Biodiversity (Sessions 2 and 4)
2. Climate (Sessions 1, 3 and 4)
3. Energy (Sessions 1 and 4)
4. Fire (Sessions 2 and 3)
5. Land (Sessions 1 and 3)
6. Transport (Session 2)
7. Water (Sessions 2 and 3)
8. Waste (Session 1)
Registration is essential. Once you have registered, you will be sent the password for the Zoom meeting. Please choose your topics carefully, as they are not all available in each session.
Participants will be divided into breakout rooms where they can discuss one of eight topics with others who are also interested in that topic. These discussion sessions will be facilitated, and while be interspersed with opportunities to share ideas with the larger group, to spotlight individual organisations, and to advertise upcoming events. There will also be opening and closing sessions, focusing on the importance of communication, and on modern monetary theory respectively.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
