About:
Building people power requires great communication. This workshop has been designed specifically for Extinction Rebellion, drawing empathic listening and NonViolent Communication skills.

This workshop will focus on:
• How to ground yourself before engaging in challenging communication
• 4 different empathic listening skills
• Resolving conflict by connecting with underlying human needs

Price: FREE!
Time: Log on to zoom at 10:45am for an 11am start.
Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants.

12:10 – 5 minute break
