Australians throw out an estimated $8 billion worth of edible food every year but most of this can be avoided. Meal planning is a great way to reduce food waste by only buying what you need.
Participants will learn how to plan their meals by using available, sustainable, seasonal and local produce during our online workshop facilitated by an expert professional organiser.
Each person will be provided with their own individually tailored meal plan and have strategies in place to avoid overbuying and waste.
