A workshop for psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors and health professionals to join with colleagues to explore their climate grief.
About this Event
This workshop will provide a space for participants to reflect on their emotional response to climate change, and the challenge when this issue also comes into their clinical work.
Participants will work in groups of 6 facilitated by one of our PSC members. After a break, there will be a segment on self care, followed by a space for review and discussion.
As we will be using drawing materials, you will need to have some soft drawing materials such as pastels, paints, crayons or chalk.
You will also need a piece of A3 paper.
It is generally easier, but not essential to use a computer rather than a phone or tablet for this workshop, as with a computer you can move the screen so that it focuses on your hands, rather than your face – at times.
Cost: $100.
Concessions on application. Email your request to psychologysafeclimate@gmail.com
