Extinction Rebellion is in rebellion against extinction and thus a system of neglect that has enabled massive devastation to current and future generations.
Our government no longer is able or willing to protect us against corporate power now going full steam into an uninhabitable planet therefore we cannot comply with the government and furthermore have a duty to go into non-violent rebellion.
With the government in chains serving the interests of short term profit for the 1% Extinction Rebellion demands the government hands over its policy making power in regard to the climate crisis to a Citizens Assembly.

Here in Kenmore we’re starting a local group of people to connect with the community and grow our communities toward a fair and decent existence for us.
